  • Information related to business modules such as products, services, proposals, invoices, projects, and reports.

  • Accounting management data, including customer and vendor details, banking information, income, expenses, and financial reports.

  • Human Resources (HR) Management data such as employee profiles, payroll information, leave requests, company documents, and policies.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, like leads, deals, and customer communications.

  • Point of Sale (POS) system data, including warehouse information, purchases, orders, and transaction details.

  • Data within various add-ons and integrated modules that you choose to use.

  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to paid plans or add-ons for Eazy ERP, we (or our third-party payment processors) will collect payment and billing information, such as credit card details and billing addresses, to process transactions.

  • Communications: When you contact us for support, provide feedback, or communicate with us through other means (including the integrated Messenger module ), we may collect the information you provide in these communications.

  • Authentication Services: If you register or log in using third-party authentication services (e.g., Sign-In with Google, Sign-In with Facebook ), we will collect information as permitted by your consent and the policies of those services.

  • To Provide and Manage Services: To operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of Eazy ERP, including multi-workspace management, cloud data storage, and access to various business modules.

  • To Process Transactions: To manage your subscriptions, process payments for subscription tiers and add-ons, and handle billing.

  • To Manage Accounts: To create and manage your user account, authenticate users, and provide customer support. This includes profile updates and password resets.

  • To Personalize User Experience: To customize your experience, such as by offering multi-theme interfaces, personalized dashboards, and customizable layout settings.

  • For Communication: To send you service-related communications (e.g., administrative messages, technical notices, updates, security s, support messages) using features like our Email Templates.

  • For Improvement and Development: To analyze usage trends and preferences to improve our Services, develop new features and functionalities, and enhance overall user experience, potentially leveraging our AI Module for enhanced insights and predictive analytics.

  • For Security and Prevention of Fraud: To monitor and protect the security of our Services, detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity, and enforce our terms and policies. This may include using features like IP restrict and monitoring user login details.

  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

  • For Marketing and Promotional Purposes: With your consent, where required by applicable law, we may use your information to send you marketing communications about our products, services, and offers. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.

  • Within Your Organization: Information you and other users from your organization upload or create in Eazy ERP will be accessible to other authorized users within your organization, based on the roles and permissions (granular roles and permissions ) configured by your organization's administrator(s). Your organization (the Eazy ERP customer) acts as the data controller for this data.

  • Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf. 

This may include:

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers (e.g., Local, AWS, Wasabi ).

  • Payment processors for handling subscription payments.

  • Analytics providers to help us understand and improve our Services.

  • Communication service providers for email or messaging. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us and are obligated to protect your information.

  • Third-Party Add-ons and Integrations: If you choose to use third-party add-ons or integrate Eazy ERP with other third-party services (e.g., Hubspot, Shopify Sync, Mailchimp, Zapier, various meeting tools, payment gateways, etc.), we may share your information with these services as directed by you or your organization. The use of your information by these third parties will be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Eazy Soft is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, court order, or other governmental request.

  • Protect and defend our rights or property.

  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services.

Your organization, as the data controller for the data it inputs into Eazy ERP, may have its own data retention policies. We will process data on behalf of your organization according to its instructions or as required to provide the Services. Upon termination of your organization's account, we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with our standard procedures and applicable law, unless legally required to retain it.

We implement a variety of security measures designed to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. These measures include, but are not limited to, data encryption, access controls, IP restriction features, and regular security assessments.


While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we encourage you to take precautions to protect your personal data as well, such as using strong passwords and keeping your login credentials confidential.

  • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

  • The right to withdraw consent: If we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

If your organization is an Eazy ERP customer, it acts as the data controller for the data entered into the Eazy ERP system by its users. In such cases, if you are an end-user of one of our customers, you should direct your requests to exercise your data protection rights to your organization's administrator. We will assist our customers in responding to such requests as required by law.

If you are a direct customer of Eazy Soft (e.g., a Super Admin for your company's Eazy ERP subscription) and wish to exercise your rights regarding the personal data Eazy Soft holds as a data controller, please contact us using the details provided in Section 12.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws.
